TSMC guides Q3 2026 revenue to ~$44.6-45.8B; CoWoS squeeze pushes some customers to Samsung

TSMC guided Q3 2026 revenue to $44.6-45.8 billion (roughly 37% YoY growth at the midpoint) with gross margins easing to 65-67% on the 2nm ramp. CoWoS advanced-packaging capacity remained fully booked through the end of 2026 with 52-78 week lead times, and reporting indicated some overflow demand from customers including Google, BYD, AMD and Tesla was being redirected to Samsung's advanced-packaging capacity as a result.
