The Problem
The information isn't missing. It's disconnected.
Technology intelligence is everywhere — filings, funding announcements, policy, partnerships, supply chains. Most tools turn that into lists, profiles and headlines. Search finds it, databases organize it, AI summarizes it — but the harder question is what it's actually connected to, and why that connection matters.
InsightNodes was built to answer that question.
The InsightNodes Thesis
Not every connection is equal.
Two entities can be connected through investment, dependency, supply chain, development, competition or succession. Knowing they're connected is useful. Knowing why — and what it means — is far more useful. InsightNodes treats relationships as first-class intelligence, not just lines between entities.

Why We Built InsightNodes

I spent years working in global markets and financial institutions — covering currencies and rates for the bank itself and for institutional and corporate clients — before moving into personal and corporate finance. Different desks, different clients, same recurring moment: the number I needed was right in front of me, and I still couldn't answer the question that actually mattered.
The information itself was rarely the problem. It was almost always there — in a filing, an announcement, a report. What was missing was the context connecting it to everything else. A company wasn't just a company; it was its suppliers, customers, competitors, investors, infrastructure, technologies, regulators and capital, all moving at once. Seeing how one piece actually affected the rest meant manually chasing down ten other sources and holding the whole picture in my head — every single time.
That gap between having the information and understanding what it connected to is the exact problem InsightNodes exists to close. I started building the tool I wished I'd had on every one of those desks — one that shows the connections directly, with real sourcing behind every one, instead of asking you to reconstruct them yourself. That became InsightNodes.

Every relationship is tied to a source — a filing, an announcement, a government release — not an algorithmically inferred guess. You can trace any relationship back to the evidence behind it. And where the repository doesn't have evidence yet, InsightNodes says so rather than pretending it does.
The Bigger Idea
The map is still being built.
Technology doesn't stand still — new companies, new dependencies, shifting capital and policy mean the graph has to evolve with them. We're building on that foundation with Agentic AI.
