These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InsightNodes ("the Service," "we," "us"), accessible at insightnodes.com and insightnodes.ca. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What InsightNodes Is

InsightNodes is an informational research and knowledge-graph platform that aggregates, organizes, and presents publicly available information about companies, technologies, people, governments, and markets. It is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

2. Accounts

Core features of the Service (browsing the knowledge graph, asking questions) do not require an account. Optional features — Watchlist and Portfolio Exposure — require signing in with your email address via a one-time sign-in link ("magic link"); no password is used. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account and device used to sign in, and for all activity that occurs through your account. We may suspend or terminate account access for violations of these Terms.

3. Not Investment, Financial, or Legal Advice

Nothing on InsightNodes constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind. Content is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or investment. 4. No Warranty on Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to source information accurately from official filings, company disclosures, and government releases, and to keep it current. However, information may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

Portions of the Service use artificial intelligence to answer questions and summarize information. While answers are designed to be grounded in the Service's own sourced evidence, AI systems can make mistakes. Always verify important information against the original cited source before relying on it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service without our prior written permission
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law
• Misrepresent your affiliation with InsightNodes or the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The compilation, organization, and presentation of information on InsightNodes, including the underlying knowledge graph structure, is our intellectual property. Underlying facts and publicly available information remain in the public domain or belong to their respective sources.

8. Third-Party Sources and Links

The Service links to and cites third-party sources (news outlets, official filings, company websites). We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of external sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightNodes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made based on information found here.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
