TSMC begins high-volume Blackwell production at its Arizona fab
NVIDIA's Blackwell GPUs entered high-volume production at TSMC's Arizona facility, though as of early 2026 the wafers are still shipped back to Taiwan for CoWoS advanced packaging — TSMC's stated goal is a fully domestic U.S. supply chain by 2028.
