NVIDIA supplies Blackwell GPUs for DOE Argonne/Los Alamos AI supercomputers
The U.S. Department of Energy, Argonne National Laboratory, NVIDIA and Oracle announced a public-private partnership (Oct 28, 2025) to build the DOE's largest AI supercomputer, Solstice (100,000 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs), plus a second system, Equinox (10,000 Blackwell GPUs), at Argonne.
