Nvidia commits $6.3B for CoreWeave's unused cloud capacity
NVIDIA agreed, per an SEC filing, to purchase up to $6.3 billion of any residual CoreWeave data center capacity not sold to other customers through April 13, 2032 — a backstop guarantee underscoring NVIDIA's role as CoreWeave's primary GPU supplier, whose fleet spans over 250,000 NVIDIA GPUs.
